when i first started learning about wine, i felt confused and intimidated. resources to learn more about wine seemed to require a background knowledge of some sort – which I didn’t have. it was difficult to find resources to explain the little things – like what are tannins? how do you read a wine label? does wine really taste different with food? where do i go for “good wine”?
here you’ll find the answers to these questions and more. follow along as we decant the world of wine together. i’ll share reviews, recommendations, recipes, and wine education.
